is 60 heuksal 80 fire 80 cold 80 lighting good is increasing weapon mastery important?

increasing mastery is very important and 60 heuksal 80 fire 80 cold 80 lighting is terrible

60 80 80 80 is more of a pure pve not too good at pvp
go 80light 80 fire 80 light 60 cold will have enough ice shield to keep you alive
