ok so..Im starting over.. and for lvl 90 cap what is gonna be the strongest? what build do you think is gonna be the best for lvl 90 cap? for both pve and pvp? please respond thanks

a lot of rumors have been going by saying that 90cap till balance out everything.

Well i think there isn't going to be really a best build, every build has its ups and downs. you just have to pick what you want most for your character, but with talk i think 90 cap with skills will finally even out alot of the builds and Chinese and Euros will be a bit more balanced. But only time will tell i guess.

actually a hybrid bard with a sub class of warrior ax's will be the best!

i was in Ksro fpr a bit and the stongest were pure Str glaviers and Bow and euros rouge and wizards GO PURE! no hybrids

blader is going to get a bit stronger as they are the only build getting a skill that really matters and hybrids are going to have to think more about their masteries

also to all the people thinking euro vs china will be more balanced it won't..pots will stay the same size making it harder for china to tank not to mention they won't have sosun anymore and now you are saying "but euro doesn't get any new skills" well i dont recall china getting many new skills either they just get upgrades to the old ones

nothing else will change except pure int swords may drop weapon for force, im not sure why but it seems likely for some reason lol

I'd put my money on pure intl or a slight hybrid s/s, note the fact that i think thats the most balanced build between both pvp and pve for the 90 cap. With that its just what i believe, i have no proof as do none of us. We will simply have to wait and see.

I would probably say Chinese glaive and bow.

i dont see anyone killing a str bow easily, it's hard enough this cap with 5 arrow combo lol.

5+6 arrow combo is like complete knockback, im sure itll piss people off.

glaive is just dominant, high attack and its HP just keeps getting higher..they should stop the passive before it becomes unkillable

If there ever was a best build, everyone would be making that now.

Best build will be mine, yours, or somebody elses...or the guy who has an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile.

for bladers i doubt we are getting the new shield skill. cSRO has it but cSRO is not even ran by joymax, and kSRO the original sro doesnt have it.

i was refering to the 4th stab i think it would be enough dmg to finally kill someone and it has a crit increase

Pure int s/s if and only if you can get a 100% kd rate or 100% block rate
Pure int spear if and only if you can get a 100% stun rate
Pure int cleric if and only if your opponent lets you get 1 free hit

Well since these things don't happen, there is no "best" build

yeah mefra i have a 80 blader and i love it but it requires 9124219421 sp and i am tired of keeping it up to date lol
