Im Lvl 23 With My Highest Skill At 21 Should I Keep Doin My Quests And Leave Everything At 21 oR WhaT?????

I would suggest keeping a 3 or 4 gap until 30 when you get your nukes then start farming.

3-5 gap is fantastic

I would suggest raising all your masteries to 24 and then leave them like this to gather enough SP for your nukes at lv 30. But then again it all depends on your skills and the amount of SP you have and you will need, a bit more information about your masteries would be useful.

Just farm at 16 with 9 gap about 20/30k the lvl up 0 gap.
start gapping at lvl 30 when you have all your nukes
