which of these is strongest and would lvl fast in solo play

1.bard/cleric
2.bard/warlock
3.warlock/cleric

also say the reason why its the strongest

Warlock is the #1 soloing class. If you want to solo, best bet would be with warlock. No one uses them in parties generally because they can take care of themselves.

im moving to hera so i want to make a class that can solo and party well as there is going to be a huge amount of parties on the new server
i was thinking of warlock/cleric but how is its survivability compared to bard/cleric or 1H/warlock

Well, 1H/Warlock is an odd combo, but it has a better survivability than a bard/cleric. Bard/Clerics are unwanted, however, Cleric / Bards are always wanted, however, I dislike them because I hate being everyones healing bitch. Warrior 1H and 2 H can tank dmg, but still can't survive without a cleric. 1H can solo because of shield adding extra armor and blocking ratio. The damage isn't sufficient enough on 2H if you ask me. The best solo survivor and also partyman is an xbow rouge. Get a good xbow and you can be hitting 1K+ before lvl 20 with xbow extreme buff.

However, getting back to your topic, warlock / cleric does have a pretty good survivability chance. I'd give it a shot for 2 or 3 days and see how you like it. Warlock skills can get pretty cool at high lvls.
