Cleric question! answer fast :)

Is the skill Healing division worth getting for warriors? Does it heal hp for me when im soloing and does it stay if i take off my cleric rod? please answer, thanks in advance

Yes and yes. (Assuming you meant Recovery Division)
Recovery division actually saves me loads of HP pots. And it does stay on no matter what.
Though- If you're referring to Healing Division, which is basically a one time heal, don't get it.
