Is the skill Healing division worth getting for warriors? Does it heal hp for me when im soloing and does it stay if i take off my cleric rod? please answer, thanks in advance :)

Yes and yes. (Assuming you meant Recovery Division)

Recovery division actually saves me loads of HP pots. And it does stay on no matter what.

Though- If you're referring to Healing Division, which is basically a one time heal, don't get it.
