pure int weapon/force

im a level 15 on my second character, and im building it up pure int, but im not sure exactly what weapon and force is best. ive been told spear and lightning is best, but im not sure. can anyone tell me what i should do?

welcome to the forums.

Theres alot of debate, spear will do the most damage for pure int, most people use fire primary lightning secondary.

ive been reading a lot about nukes. im really confused. should i be building specific skills in force and weapon? if so, which ones are best? and whats imbune? im awfully lost lol

pvm is player vs monster, which is just like player vs environment (pve).

To start you can pretty much just get the imbue, I wouldn't worry about weapon skills yet until you decide what you like (I have a low level char that uses spear, I prefer it over sword, but its a personal choice). Some nukers like sword and shield, others spear. Spear does more damage, but shield will block alot.

There are alot of posts on the exact skills to get, some are just a waste (wolf bite, fan blade, etc.). Check the stickies too. Hope it helps

ive been looking around a lot here and i cant find like. exactly what imbune is. is it a skill or something? and what exactly is a mob? just a whole ton of enemies?

Imbues are the first skills of Fire/Light/Ice, for example, fire imbue is the skill "River fire force", just check the first books of these masteries.
And mobs=monsters...

Is it worthy to increase more than one type of imbue?

Does the monsters have specific weakness against a particular energy type?

i've been a lurker around here and decieded to register

im no help to this topic so ill stop now.

^you can't put 2 imbues at once so no , and i wouldn't say monsters are weaker, just some imbues are stronger, but with different effects
