Monster Mask

Hi, i'vw got a little question, i haven't been on my rogue for about 4 months.... now, when i log on ... i see at monster mask it's white with 480 in it... sometimes it goes to 479.. but that's it.. is this an update or something? how to use again? (or a bug?)

that's the cooldown for the skill.
you have to wait like 8 minutes before you can use it again.
either that or im confused whats 'white 480'

its either 10min or 8min don't remember and can't check cuz its crowded now as u know

wait... I had the bug too and it said 500+ hours, that's like 20 days

but do i need to wait.. and will it be normal again (9minutes restore time) or... is there a way to stop this?
