I am makeing a nuker and i want to know what the best build is and i would really like to know what lvl i should get my masteries. Can someone plz help me i really want to know atm i am a pure int lvl 13 with a 6 lvl gap and have ice light and fire lvl 7.

a Pure Int should go with S/S so they have something to block and Xtra defense. And S/S pure will have enough mag attack to do good damage. But if plan on going Cold mastery maxxed. Then go with spear, to help the Weak Ice Nukes do more damage.

i suggest spear cuz they have some attack that increase your hp

thats why spear are good but s/s are also good for same reason that blackdragon said

7:1 Int Hybird Spear Nuker, or a Pure INT S.S. Both are good as far as I can see, and don't see how you could go wrong between the above two I just mentioned.

I like pure int s/s. you have the shield for more defence and block and you have the castle sheild which makes you almost untouchable for 15 secs if you have it maked and makes you even more tank with mana sheild. Also u have kd and stabs which can save your life. but Spear is also good but spear i would go 7:1 hybrid,

if u cant choose go light/cold s/s/s

yeah pure int ---> s/s and nothing else to add.
