There's this strange skill that reduces something by a percent and raises attack power by a number. It has no description and the names of the books are only question marks. they're right above shield protection and right below the sword dance line. This is on CSRO, so does anyone know what this mystery skill does?

Ok well the skill is a buff... And he didn't have it one. He obviously had a Sun Blade or something because he isn't using the skill right now...
