I like (80) ice coz snow shild Can absorbs 50% and in (60) Ice it absorbs 40% sow if samwan hit me like 10k at lvl80 it hits me only 5000Dmg and with lvl60 it hits me 6000dmg and coz am a spearman i have only 12kHP and i don have a shild..

And with (80)Fire i have Beter Nukes and more PhyDam then (60)Fire sow i hit harder woat to you think?

I don't like to tell people what to do with their builds, after all it's your build you are the one that's going to have to play with it, so that said I'll tell you my Int Spear Build...

80 Spear, 80 Fire, 80 Ice, 60 Lighting...

this is just another one of my noob builds that some how seems to kill alot of people.

yes but i nit (80)light and (80)Wepon sow don know woat to do i know thad at lvl80 i have with Ice shild 50% less dmg and wen the new skills game it will has a new skill for the shild and for fire ather skills sow i don know woat to do

What is your 90 build going to look like? Consider that, and perhaps it will help you choose which option is best of the 80 cap as well.

Oh, and if you look at the 90 cap and beyond, dropping lightning does not seem like a viable option to me.

I don't know much about chinese chars, but i go for the first choice.
many people are immune to ice at higher levels, and the fire nuke is stronger.
but like I said, I don't know much about chinese chars.

As an INT, frozen/frostbite is only a minor reason to take cold. Your main reasons are physical defense and snow shield. Besides, with so many people dropping fire at the higher caps, and all the non-cleric Euro chars, the amount of people vulnerable to frozen/forstbite is rising again.

really man if I only I knew... I have been thinking alot about this and I can't decide. I want the fire nukes for fun, but I need light and ice maxed and from what I have read weap mastery is a must too...

Weapon masteries (or Force) are a must when you want to participate in 1on1 pvp. For grinding and group pvp (including jobbing) it is not needed at all. Personally I see nothing wrong with fire/lightning as main, and cold as sub mastery (which means until the 100 cap you can have all 3 at max; after that you slowly lower your cold to pay for fire/lightning). Wear garments (cold gives you phy defense, and takes a LOT out of your MP if you have snow shield that high), and it will be hard to catch up with you.

ok 1st of all you need to look at future caps 100+ is true that lighting does good damage at high lvl so thats going to be your main mastery keep that in mind in the 100's cap max mastery will be 150 so your going to a total of 3 mastery's Lighting, Ice and Heuksal

so ur build going to be
Lighting lvl 150
Ice lvl 80
Heuksal lvl 70

remember that thi is the best build atm for a nuker for future caps
u can chose the lvl u want for the mastery but recomened those 3 masterys

Stick with:
80 heuksal
80 light
80 cold
60 fire

Easy to play at later caps (just needs fire deleveled to 30), and good at this cap aswell. LockStar's
80 fire
80 heuksal
70 cold
70 lightning

...build seems to be very good at the current cap, but it needs alot of correction for 90 cap. The only valid 90 cap pure INT spear build is:
90 heuksal
90 lightning
90 cold
30 fire.

this is what i was talking about good job man! u explained it better than i did i was fast cuz i had to go so i just did the build for 150 cap and thanx for explaining it thats the right way to build a nuker ^^
