I was wondering, for my nuker do the nukes get stronger when I up my weapon mastery? I saw that it has some passive that damage goes up but is that only for phys damage or also magical one. cuz I was thinking about keeping bicheon at 60 since the knockdown seems to work on higher lvl's than the skills say.

no, you nukes won't hit harder with weapon mastery

also, there arn't offenive passives for chinese =/ only thing is attack ratting passive from pacheon...

I would go higher with your bicheon skills, at 73 you get a new combo with very nice status on it and at level 80, with level 60 bicheon your knock down won't knock down your opponent 50% of the time,

I fail to see the use of knockdown. you can't nuke em while they are down so what is the benefit? if it's just to survive more than one enemies at one time that would be a bit strange cuz I can tank like 4 p mobs of my lvl and I'm pure int.

You can stab while they are knocked down. Stab+imbue is very powerful for a int character.
Reasons why you need weapon mastery for pvp:
Passive: increases your block ratio.
knockdown:A disabling move, yes you need it when fighting only 1 person.
lightning chain: cool status that makes you hit harder.
Castle wall: So you can tank like a god for 45sec.
