LvL 32 and 42 farming guide Request

I need to know a lot more about farming at lvl 32 - 42 but theres's no guide about that. It would really help me if someone who already farmed at those levels could write a good guide on it.

For farming at 42 go to the sungsungs in Europe. I found that place the fastest than any other when I farmed at 42, the only exception being powerfarmed at the penons.

sungsuns are 4 lvls below 42.

Ever heard of grinding green? Trust me it goes way faster than grinding mobs your lvl or above, unless you have SoX, then you can grind orange or red.
