My current hybrid build

So for the 80 cap i want this:
Armour: armour
Build: 90% mag. balance
masteries: 80 Light/80 Cold/80 bicheon/60 Fire
Light for nukes..
is this build good??for pvp and pve??

I got the same build except im goin 80 fire and 60 cold because as a hybrid 40% snow shield is plenty.
