About the fourth nuke of fire

Is there any detailed stats of the damage numbers relating to the fourth nuke of the fire force?
I have seen the korean official website stating that there is a fourth nuke but no stats on it.

I don't even think anyone can use it yet. kSRO is still capped at lvl 70 skills.
