mastery question

if i level some mastery to lvl 80 than lvl passive skill from it and then delevel that mastery to 0 will i still have bonus from that passive skill?

aight. im asking because in this
guide for int s/s its mentioned that when u delevel heuksal from 60 to 30 at 90 cap u gonna keep the hp buff from passive at 60 (its in the extras section in the bottom of the post)

Read the replies below, the author of the post (Ranigul) admits it is a mistake. If this was possible, the richest people would max all the skills in all the masteries and POWN xD. If this was possible I would get Fire, Ice, Light, Heuksal passive and Bicheon and still have mastery points left and 90 cap dropping fire for cold would not be a problem for int characters.
Thats all i have to say.
