Is bow ok?

When u reach lvl 32 is bow still usefull.

I have seen a lot of glavie and spears of lvl 32 and they all could do 1000 damage without critical but i never seen a lvl 32 with a bow who did more then 1000 without critical.? Why do I never see somebody with a bow around lvl 60, because I did see sword and spear.

I think the difference is that you can land a 1000+ before they even reach you in several shots that is, with other weapons you usually take a few hits.

I seen higher level people kill in one hit with bow.

Only thing I dont like about bow right now is it gets kinda old.

You can only pull teh string so many times before its same-old-same old.

People with melee weps have different strikes and attacks.

I just here pulling string over and over. Sigh.

I'm beginning to prefer spears now but when you kill things you always seem to take damage even if they don't hit you lol

bows are great actauly and highly wanted im most guilds infact we need a few higher lvl bow ppl for are guild . but anyways yes at about lvl 36 that glowing shot can do like 1800 ish and ks me all the time. bows are mainly for int build though i see an few str builds with them as well.

The glowing shot (devil arow) the better 1 does 1000+'s very rearely. Believe me, never use a bow. U dont see many epics using bows, because if they soend all that time to get epic, they figut re out bow sucks, and make a new chara.

For bow user, L31 is the BIG skill you should learned for PvM. use with imbue, you can hit up to 1300+. But is a slow skill.

I see many bows die off after 32. Make your bow right and you can hit high lvl. Most Pure int bows i don't see.

i see an few str builds with them as well.

Someone told me that STR was the best for a bow when i made my new char. I can tank but it takes 500 arrows to kill something. *sigh* i think ill start again for a 3rd time.

i have something for the mood maybe they do too i mean you can take a few bow shots and as they coming for you change to sword, spear or something else

am pure str with bow, i can make over 1500 damage if not more. i love bows.

i try and keep everything equal lol but my blades/swords are the strongest by a little bit

at a huge distance you hit hard with ice

target if not frozen takes a lot of time to reach you, when your almost out of ice start the bezerker arrow and imbue with fire at finish the job

So before the blade or sword can even hit you you have dealt multiple 1000 plus hits

Just need to find myself a nice SOS or SOM bow for when I grow up. !

It´s the distance that makes a bower such a pain when he´s levelling near you. And before lvl 30 as a nuker, I hated them. After 30 the nuker kinda get´s allot of advantage and I had no problem with them ever since. Though they still kill me in PvP a lot..

if you calculate and take a dveil bow or strong bow and imbue it with fire it has always a higher effect than the nuke

at low level the MP ussage of the nuke is lower than strongbow with fire at level 69 both are equal within a few percent and then I mean the effect and MP usage

i think bows have good advantage wirh ice only on pve because they will slow them down, and most of the time kill them before they get to u.

but if ure going pvp at high lvl and u fight someone inmune to ice ...

anyways i once used bow and liked it a lot, but now i changed to spear, love doing high damage

pure STR bows advantage:
1.Range
2.Critical dmg
3.Fast at killing mobs
4. very good at group PVP

pure STR bows disadvantage:
1. less dmg , probably the class that does the least dmg
2. consistency of high dmg is not consistent
3. almost impossible to do 1 on 1 PVP
4. the new alchemy takes away all the advantages of ice imbue

1. The bow has higher physical attack than blade, and higher magical attack than sword.
2. With the hawk buff and the passive, it's probably far more consistent than other classes.
3. Depends how you play it.
4. Anyone who wants to do good damage uses fire anyways.

there is not a lot of pure int bows since nukes are both strong and ranged

Q: if an archer had very good bow with insanely high critical (say that it did about critical 75% of the time), would it be able to kill even pure STR blades and glavies? cause critical does x2 physical dmg, which would give insanely high damages if critical was really consistent
