Public Service Anouncement
Max cap is 140. Chinese are able to take Ice to 20 for a level 1 Snow Shield and 2 other maxed trees. Nukers should be based off of a Weapon mastery and Lightning tree and Full Str off of a Weapon Mastery and Fire Tree. Full Int is better than Hybrid Int for caps over 100 due to the extra health.

kSRO GM's have been 140 since the start, or might be after their 80 cap. The new "?" messages you get when you have low health or a status effect show example characters at 140. Private servers allow up to lvl 140. I've been seeing 140 example chars on the kSRO site for a while but I wasn't really to sure until I saw those "?" alerts and someone told me of 140 being max on private servers.
