I know I get a 3 stat points.
But when I went to the char build applet, I raised the char level to 80 before I touch the stat points, but it started to raise them by itself (On the bars).
Do I get stat points in STR and INT excepts of the 3 stat points given to me?

yes i believe every time you lvl up you get a total of 5 stat points. 2 are automatically distributeed for you, one to int and one to str then you have 3 left to use as you choose
