Rogue with garment?

I saw this pvp video of a high lvl rogue wearing garment and was wondering if wearing garment would be more helpful for rogue to wear opposed to light armor.

it wont make much of a difference tbh i suggest saving the sp and just sticking with light armor unless you have enough sp saved for both masteries then go ahead

well it will make bit diffrence u gona be hited harder by str builds and thats not good for rogues... stay wit lp and u will be fine trust me...
