how does rouge/bard work in a party?

People said at a higher lvl, you wont be able to bard in parties, cause mp is to much, and noone wants rouges in parties
So how does rouge/bard work?

You could cast moving march for your party with bard sub, for rogue xbow just use distance shot/long shot + poison + fast shot. Or you could use rapid shot to drag mobs to your party. Just avoid using knock down and knock back too much (maybe to save a wiz or cleric from being mauled to death) +/- xbow extreme. For dagger rogue, you can just go charging around with a warrior, just know when to use dagger desperate.
