Fire Bow

Everybody tells me I should go with fire for my bow, I was just courious why everybody says that? If you could please explain it would really be appreicated, thanks. Balder1 username

it does damg over time. much like poison and it is pretty good for STR weapons such as the bow

Also, all STR characters need to get the fire tree for the damage buffs. Cold (offers denfence) and lightning (offers parry and magical buffs) aren't as important. With this said, you can get your imbue + fire buffs while only using the SP for one tree, leaving your sub a few levels behind.
