ok so i started my new char and i hit the bandits archers , i learned that the best way was to lvl up to 19-20 and gain the extra stats to get better hits on monster and hopefully speed up.
i have a very decent sos bow 16+2 crit 8, sos/som armor , i dont use hp pots since i dont really get hurt by anything.
i only wanna speed u my farming but i heard its almost imposible for str users to 1 hit the archers unless u have a som/sosun bow.
i have been looking for str or int gear and i originally planned to go to lvl 20 to gain the extra stats.




Do i have a chance to speed up?
do i stick with archer and go to 20? 21? and then delevel?or should i go hunt another monster in order to speed up the leveling?
should i delevel right now and keep farming at lvl 16?

if i were you and in that situation, i level to 22, and go murder level 20s til you delevel to 16 lol

Actually you do NOT need to delevel. There is nothing wrong with just lvling on your own. Sticking with Archers is a good idea so stay there and just farm that way

Any extra stats/skills you would gain by leveling is lost the second you delvl. Make sure your highest eq is lvl 16, and then delvl to 16, and star over. The fastest way is to set your spawn in Don and then just run out the south gate naked. Earth ghosts should one hit you.

actually u keep the stats u only lose the hp/mp.
If you lvl to say lvl 24 and delvl to 16, you would keep the damage bonus all the way from 24 at lvl 16.

you lose the 2 stat points you get every lvl , so thats 1 str and 1 int
the stats you devide your self stay

and if you cant get a weapon better than the one you got now , you cant speed up farming

int gear and str gear will add damage but its not ganna be enuf
if you ask me , than de-lvl and get back to camp

Sp farming:

Get good gear thats the main thing to add to your damage. You can ONLY one hit if you find a nice lvl 16 sos bow, or, a nice lvl 8 som/sosun bow ++.

If you cant, just get a normal bow, who cares if you one hit, really, 2-3 hits is fine. Alternatively, maybe even find one with good crit.

Monsters: Bandit Archers of course

Weopon
Stick with bow, its fast and efficient, never any other weopons if you want to "sp farm", thats the point!

SkillS
Get lvl 5 fire imbue, and lvl 5 bow skill (forgot name ~~ :/ ) regardless if your going into glaive, you can always delevel bow skills later. No increasing after this kk.

Armor
Go Garments. If you can, try to find some nice sos gear. The reason for garment is the 20% speed. ----->20% faster reaching far mobs, running in town, at the stronghold --->basically speed.

Delevelling
First off, never use 'return scrolls' save them. After a sp farming grind, just turn off pots and get killed, free transport and easy 2% delevel.

Best way to Delevel is to use a friend with ressurect skill, run around the stronghold without armor with a friend following and rezzing.

Best way solo (if your a loner )- is to go to DonWhang, save it as your home and run outside through east gate, and repeat (make sure to place all items in storage first - this is the hard way which I did me sad)

Tip
Tired of using your fingers to the brinc of them turning into something the equivalent of fingers of a 60 year old?
The use of hotkeys will save you. Press "T" and instead of them using pots, make them use skills ^^. Set Hp to fire imbue, and set MP to the Bow Skill (???still unsure the name lol). Set Hp to 100% and Mp to 50 %.

Now that is set, instead of pressings buttons every 5 seconds for skills (killing alot of nerves btw). Just use hp and mp pots every 20 secs or so.

But be careful, gotta watch those numbers, it takes some time to get used to, but you'll save your fingers.

the point is that if you go 0 level gap til level 20, murder and delevel, you wont have sp to lose

murder is bad for deleveling AFTER you have started farming, but before.. whatever works.
