are these 2 skills worth spending sp on? atm i have em both on lv 1 =)

Nope dont worth it but you can have it al lvl 1 just like you have

dont spend sp on them...

weel it depends if you are a pure str build then u don't need them and don't waste sp on them just have 1 on the nova to freeze or frostbite your enemy
but if if you are a pure int build then i think u surely need it for your low hp

im a 70:70 lv 53 bow and I use both

Icewall is damn handfull in both pvp and pve (in pvp it allows me to beat for example a roque, and it takes the first 2 hits of a glavie for me)
Sometimes im using it in pve too to fight against giants and such (not for the giant itself, but to prefend getting mobbed by spawns around it)

Frost nova (I have first and second book) have safed me 1000000x times (especially in pve when I was getting gangbanged) and atm, it's my only attack to cancel others (glavies have stun en knock back and such)

So yeah, for me it's worth it, it depends on your own playing style+
*edit*: If you are running low on sp, I suggest you don't see them as first priority, your nukes (if you are an int build) and weap skills are more important...It's just very good back up

i use the ice wall too sometimes to take the first hit, but if you lvl the skill up the wall will gets more HP and i wonder if that is enough to take more than just the first hit

Well, if you keep it at a real low level, the wall will just take a lil bit of damage (ice wall ain't working the same as the firewall...which could take a int based attack of 10000000 damage

My ice wall can take 2 hits of most glavies

Ice is useful against invis'd rogues, and fire is Farking great, just use the FIRST BOOK and it will negate any nuke, great against wizards
