I cant find any int/bow/cold guides yet its the most popular bow build in the game.

max out pacheon tree
max out ice tree
level light tree for must piercing force, grasswalk, concentration series, and passive when you can.
i'd recommend going hybrid though, maybe 80-86% magic balance, since unlike sword ints, no shield, and unlike spear ints, no extra hp. with a magic balance like that your crits should still be effective, yet wil ldo alot of normal damage.
