Full farmed rogue warrior will give you so much diversity. It'd be fun and you'll never get bored

Rogue/Warrior is a totally different style of play than what most of you are thinking. The Rogue/Warrior isn't made to be an actual Rogue but it's used to level a Warrior quickly through solo. Warrior has a superior 1v1 ability compared to Pure Rogues because they function very well without Cleric support and without Stealth. It is the kind of build you make as a temporary sort of build, like for new servers and such, to cement your place in a guild or server and then use that build to powerlevel another OR delevel one mastery for Bard or Cleric. Heavy Armor > Bard in PvE also.

I'm eventually going to sub 1h warrior for my rogue, to tank when the party I'm in lacks a warrior

Well, I'm a rogue/cleric myself and that's my advice. Nevertheless I've heard a couple of guys saying that Rogue/Warrior ain't bad either. When you get mobbed, you just switch to warrior, kill them and switch back to rogue. This way you'll get the thing you want to achieve with cleric sub, but then with a whole subclass.

You'll also get a lot more easier into parties as Rogue/Warrior. Still I think that bard or cleric offers the most for a rogue, but a warrior might just as well work.
