Skill point farming question

Greetings. I recently discovered that my 2 handed warrior will need to get around 300k skill points for my desired build (2 handed + 1 handed w/shield + cleric for buffs). Now, the question is when should I go about to farm for all these points? Anyone have the same situation before?

Unfortunately everyone has this situation... best to begin farming early. The earlier the better... and make note of areas with high spawn rates and seclusion from other players. I do not play your build so i'll leave that part for someone else to answer.
