Not exactly sure what you're asking here...something about having a gap for something, though you're really not specific in that area lol..
You don't have to keep a gap really, unless you're looking for something specific:
fast lvling 0 gap and sp farming 5+ gap

so i don't have keep gaps if i am not farming but what if i am lvl 30 and i ran out of my skill points and my highest mastery is like 25 and my buffs are lik 23? i thought 3-4 gaps for lvling in good pace and getting normal sp? i don't really like to farm ,so is there any oyher way i will good not farming for the skills?

well a good fast lvling trick for int is do from 1-30 with a lvl 2 gap with only bow and light then once you hit 30 get light to 30 and go a lvl 1 gap from there but you would have to farm at 80 and yes pure int s/s all points go into int

Yes, everytime you level up, you get 3 stat points you could allocate. Put all 3 into int.
Hmmmmmm, if you dont like to sp farm (like me) then try to level up with a small gap (1~2), and at monsters that have a high spawn rate, or many quests, or less gold bots.. , you could increase the gap (3~4). You also have to be picky with the skills you pick, and not farming = less skills to play with. I cant give you a complete plan on where to gap, when to gap, how much to gap, and how much sp you will get and need, cause thats up to your char build, your style of play, your preference, your server situation, etc etc.
