Wizard/Power leveling questions

Wizard:
Since i plan on soloing/pvping with most of my time, would bard or cleric be a better sub to take? Normally so far, anything iv fought within 3-4 levels of me, has died in one hit, but i die very easy from things that spawn or wander close to me when im not paying attention, so i was thinking bard for the movement and noise.

Powerleveling:
On average with a decent powerleveler, how long would it take to go from 10-30 at ongs without a GT? And is this a better route to take then just grinding yourself?

And last, are there any decent Plvlers on Poesidon that are looking for someone to level?

u dont rly need a sub but if u do choose i would go with bard.

for plvling it would take 3 days to a week depending on the plvler.

If you plan to get 80 real fast, you can go bard with just noise and moving march till 70, and once you are 70, farm the cursed hearts and keep leveling to 80, then delevel bard (you will need like 830 cursed hearts to delevel 7 levels of moving march, 6 levels of noise and 70 mastery levels, that's 17 inventory spaces, so might need a pet). Once you are 80 and you delevel bard, just get cleric. That way it will be 80 levels of easy lvling without worrying of dying, and when you are 80, you will have a great PvP char. Sure, you will be out a couple mil and a few k sp, but it's overall worth it since you will save yourself a bunch of deaths.
