do you want to get 90% exactly or you would like more...
for going over 90% should be easy for a pure int

Look, the less INT you have, the less damage your nukes will do, get it? got it? good.

HE KNOWS THAT!!
he wants to know how much it will affect his damage.
what we need here is suicidegrl's damage formula.

if yuo wanta good PvP don't go nuker. there is a "good" standard for PvPing nukers but you won't be as good as a str. not to influence you at all

there was a post somewhere with a formula on balance (and i think this os where he picked up this balance idea....)
to sum it up, he said that at level 70 a pure int would have roughly 94% mag balance and say 25% phy balance, but if he would go "hybrid" and stay at 90% mag balance and put some more STR he would get 40% phy balance.
and said that the 4% lost in int is a good trade off for 15% in phy balance and getting some more HP (numbers a roughly what i remember)

To sum up:
If you go 90% mag balance, your damage decreases by about 6% and you will have about 40% more strength. (Also, you will have phy_balance 43% instead of 28%, but im not sure if thats of any use for a nuker. Maybe better phy-defense? Dont know..)
But -6% damage for +40% str certainly seems to be a good deal imo.

True. Most ints I knew at higher lvls began going hybrid because they could only unleash a nuke in a war, injure someone and die taking no one down. This is a lvl 70 war. Str's need 2-3 nukes to die. But in war theres 10 flying dragons flying at pure ints, how can they throw 1 nuke at someone without ambushing?

Tis the reason why I'm going hybrid NOW.
At lv 32.
Halve 32 you get 16. I already put two levels into str at early levels, so 14, 14 + 32 = 46 = When I am fully hybrid ^_^

lol
i still think for int hybrids, going full int til lvl 45-50... my reasoning being that you get there the fastest
