i know that nukers just use the nuke and weapons not very much but when you up the mastery level of a weapon such as hesukalism every lvl of it boosts the attack power of the weapon by a certain percentage so in this case it would make nukes stronger. what level should i put it?

Weapon masterys add physical power to the weapon, not magical. So only get it if you want the passives
