cleric: bless spell, holy word, holy spell, recovery division, healing orbit, healing cycle
bard: moving march, swing march, noise.
thats all i know of.

if they say "used item" on the skill discription, the buff stay.
if it says "required item" then the buff disappears.
if it says "required item" then the buff disappears.

Up to a point; the clerical defense buffs for instance stay on others, but disappear on yourself when you switch weapons.
