hey, how does some weapon have seal of star in them? can i make mine weapon like that if i want or i can't? if i can then, can someone tell me how to?

a glow that has some kind of dust surrounding the weapon is Seal of STAR
a glow present on the tip of the weapon .... seal of moon
A very bright glow radiating from the tip to all over the weapon is Seal of SUN

some weapons glow white if they are +3, also. there are different colors for +3, +5, and +7 I think
