Is My Character Wrecked?

Basically I was really n00by from the beginning and I didnt know what was what and yeah....but heres my stats..
I put skills points in nearly everything :S
and i even put some points on Int -_-
Should i continue or restart?
BTW MY mastery level is higher then possible cause i WAS level 45

Whoa that's weird, how can you have 90 out of 84 mastery levels o.o
Is it the other way around?
And no it's not too bad. All you need is more cursed hearts... a lot of them.

Dude I have said some exceptions for people that ask if their chars are messed up...
But yours is just jacked >.>
