What is a better build For Spear / sword-shield? (Pure INT)
Fire 80
Electricity 80
Ice 80
Force 60
or
Fire 80
Electricity 80
Ice 80
Heuksel 60
Anyone suggestions or experience with this build?

Simple answer, dont take force mastery unless you plan to max it to 80 (or up to 72 for 80 cap) for vital spot series, and resurrection. So if you're keen to go for force mastery, maybe your mastery tree selection would be something like:
Lightning 80
Ice 80
Force 80
Fire 30 (or 60, but at 90 cap you will have to delevel to 30)
Since you prefer heuksal weapon skills (if not only for the passive hp) then going as you suggested above with heuksal at 60 is fine. The passive hp makes a difference for a pure int. You can also go for bicheon weapon mastery for the current 80 cap, but if you choose to do so, make sure the mastery is high enough (at lvl 73) to get at least lightning chain.
As with most questions related to build preference, each is no better than the other configurations, with its own pros and cons.
