Unlearning Skills/Masteries

I read this from the blade guide written by cuchulainn:

Increases mp by a certain amount. At level 2, it's about 10% of my mp pool. Once mp isn't a problem any more, I'll get rid of this to free up some masteries.

So, does he mean he will unlearn the skill/mastery?? If so that this is possible, how does he do that??

There is a quest at lvl 20 wherein you collect curst hearts, so you can delevel masteries that you have mastered and wanted reomved.
