Ok so i have UTFSE, and could not find any results. So here goes, what determines the balance of psy and mag, what should they be at? Both 100% ? If so what could you do to get it there, and whats the balance good for ?

Alrighty. I'm in a happy mood, so I'll answer your question

1. What determines balance?
Balance is determined by how much Str/Int you have in contrast to your level. That means, adding +str items shouldn't decrease your int balance, and vice versa.

2. What should they be at?
It depends on your build. Some people are 70/70 hybrids, in which your balance should be near 70% for each; For Pure Str, your Int balance doesn't matter, only your Physical does, and it should be in the high 90s; For Pure Int, the same, but with Magic balance.

NOTE: If you're not in your 50s/60s, you won't be close to getting 100% balance. 100% is obtained via blue items, and getting to a higher level with correctly distributed points.

I had 100% at level 21 on a str/fire/glaive build. BUT every armor and jewelry had at least +1 str.
