need a brief list plz

can somone gime a list of all the skills which requires cooldown for all the books in that series?
ex/ all 3 strong bow books require same cool down time regardless of which one u use
can somone tell me any other skills thats like this?
especially the snowshield.. can u only use 1 book for 2 mins.. and evrything else cools down for a minute? or can u spam the previous books while u cooldown the advanced book
