Ok i wanna make a spear nuker? what skills and stuff should i do?

From what I've seen, dont go higher than 1:7 hybrid int if you want to nuke hard. Either 1:7 hybrid or pure int, you still need snow shield so ice should be part of your mastery plan.
If you are pure int, your armor type wont matter (if you also max out snow shield), as for skills, I might suggest ice and light max, with heuksal for ghost spear series. Some may prefer to max out fire instead of heuksal. Pvping would be snow shield up
then nuke-nuke-ghost spear OR stun-nuke-ghost spear, something along those lines.
If you are hybrid 1:7, wearing prot and you dont have to max out ice, and you can max light, and maybe fire, but you really benefit from maxing out heuksal for this build. Pvping would be using heuksal skills like a glaivier except that you could nuke (and tank with snow shield).
