ok i got devil arrow 1 lvl above strong bow and i notice that strong bow has 350% so does devil arrow but why strong bow crit lesser than devil arrow ? i noticed devil arrow has attack ratting. so does attack ratting increase crit damage?

if monster are shocked and that reduce their parry ratio will i deal more damage to them when i critical ?? For example tiger girl has 30 parry ratio. she got shocked with electicity and then parry ratio reduce to 15 parry. so i had 50 attack ratting. will i deal more critical damage to her ??? since my attack ratting deal to her increase by 15 which is 65?

I didn't understand half of what you wrote but I think this is the answer you seek;

Attackrating affects any damage, both crit and non-crit damage.

Attack rating:
let's say a random guy playing his character in silkroad can hit with his weapen between 1500 and 2100. The higher your attack rating is, the more you will hit towards the 2100

The higher attack rating, the higher average damage you will make. IT DOES NOT increase the maximum damage

Parry:
Parry is the same but for defence. The higher your parry is, the lower your opponent will hit average on you
