Does anyone have either of these builds? I'm talking about phys/mag balance of course. And if so then I would assume that spear does more damage if you have this build, is that correct? The reason being NOT becaues 70:70 is more INT (the fact that it's 70:70 makes it irrelevant how much of each stat you have placed), but because Spear's phys+mag COMBINED attack power is greater than glaive's. Is that right?

aint he asking whats better to use when his str and int are the same?


spear if you are gonna do some nukes

else i would suggest you get npc versions of each for the degree you are, and test some attacks out on mobs, see what does more. then you know whether to go spear or glaive

dun make sense ... if im 70/70 at lvl 81 i got 220 int and 220 str using spear i still has the same amount of hp as glavie user as long as i got the same lvl cheolsam force.

Spear/Glavie is up to u.If u nuke u might wanna get Spear if u use chain combos, go glavie

mm I think I asked the wrong question.I don't want to be a nuker, I want to use regular melee attacks. I think these two are better to compare:

70:70 spear
or
75:62 glaive (equal str and int)

Which does more damage (not counting crit)?

As for 70:70 spear / glavie, i think spear is a better choise. As some one has already mentioned that buy npc glavie and spear and then compare the dmg. Spear should do more dmg...
