does all snow shield series share same cooldown??

so snow shield - novice,adept,freeze and intensify share same cooldown ???which means if i use either 1 of them all of them will not be able to used since they are the same cooldown ??

what about bloody fan storm,bloody wolf storm,bloody snake storm,bloody demon storm ??
if i use either 1 of them all of them will be unable to use ???

they are all connected on snake storm series

edit~ they are all connected and only 1 can be used per cooldown

i mean for example i use bloody demon storm,once the demon storm 15 sec reached. it stopped . will i be able to use bloody snake storm ???
i know they are connected to the series.

same goes for snow series if i use snow shield intensify, after 120 sec reached will i be able to use snow shield freeze?

for the 15 secound mag deffence and phy deffence the whole tree is effected by 1 skill so u cant use the others

and snow storm is the same u cant use the other books in that series till the cooldown is over

Bloody Wolf and Demon are useless crap.
