Which is better? An Ice Blader or Lightning Nuker?

depend on what you want it for if you want a character for pvp go blader if you only want to train or kill someitmes uniques in high lvls go nuker

Don't make ice blader!!!
Bladers are soo boring plue you will end up quitting your char when you see all your friends hit lvl 40's and you still in the 30's
blade the hardest to lvl and they need the most sp i think..

if you want to play and have fun go fire nuker

ok they are not boring i got a ice blader lvl 32 venice and they are the best build for PVP equal to fire blade, full int are gud for lvling up but cant beat a ice blader in 1 on 1 PVP no way unless they have SOSUN spear and nuker which i nvr seen b4, but if u wanna lvl up fast go int, if u want a great PVP build go fire blade for dmg and ice for survivability, i think ice is best for doing jobs like hunting =)

later when you get to lvl 35+ and you need more sp you will curse the day you started a blader char..
Plus trust me you will rarely fight someone your lvl..
and try kill a nuker sword + sheild you will never kill him untill he's out of pots

not really cz i'm doing fine atm with my blader and i always hunt and seem to beat all the int dat try kill me, there health is just too low and i keep slowing there nukes down, they have no chance!

Fire bladers kick as s too, ice bladers are good but pills remove any effect easily. Both ice and fire bladers dont level that slow, i managed to get from 1-20 prety quick.

Well, I'm going a different way than just some crazy tank so I got my reasons. Think through what you want from the game. What's the fun caping outside Jangan all the day with your ice blader just because you got a good PvP.er. 1 million gazillion catrillion others got the same build so why not go your own way. I play for my guild so I rather make one that is good when we fight together.

1-20 really is nothing. The real test will be getting to 45-50 and keeping enough SP to stay powerful. Bladers require 2-3x the SP that a nuker does, while doing a LOT less damage and getting within range of those mobs much slower (20% boost from garments isn't that much compared to maxed grasswalk).

That said, at higher levels, nukers will go down almost every time to a blader, at least until lightning book 3 comes out.

I am lvl 39 blader/fire
and i am telling your nuker is way more fun..
and for me i play for fun, now quitting my char and started a new fire/lighting nuker..

if you want the best matk go for spear if you want to be a less powerful matk go sword/shield

Spear for training and sword for pking

i say ice blade, high crit weap + linking combos + ability to freeze = pwnage =) seriously if u can get a few gud crits in ur combos and followed up by Kd and stab u will kill dem and not need a really long pot fight like it usually is

Yeah thats the major downside to a blader, the SP cost is seriously massive and you'll have to do alot of farming at regular stages which adds to the slow levelling but its worth it in the end.

nah i made a new char, blade chars are really powerful but they are completely boring, i play this game to have fun, not show off to ppl how strong i am, light nuker/sword is a great fun build =), and besides all blader fights last so long there's no point wasting like 100k on pots just to kill a thief or hunter thats just stupid =S u dnt even make that much money!

A later stages you do when drops sell for much more, i was thinking of dropping my blader too but i think i'll just get a gold ticket instead and try and catch up with my guildies.

For the last time: IS A BLADER FUN?

I'm making one ATM, but everybody is so negative. I'm going to be a thief, and i think it's nice to have a nice tanking ability, and I can always switch to glaive if it gets boring. Everybody UNDER lvl 40 but 30+ says it's boring, 40+ says it's fun. Anyways, can somebody tell something, about his blader experiences?

if ur gonna be a theif definately not blader!!! theifs usually hunt in packs and nukers are best for group wars, full str are usually hunter as they can tank all the traders thieves at once if there doing 5*, i'm ice blader and ur rite they all completely boring and struggle alot on SP, i'm building a nuker now and its fun, ppl say get 2 forces and 1 weap mastery but this means by the time u reach lvl 100 (koreans are at 90) this means u wud have spent up ur 300 masterys by the time lvl 100, so i'm going light and bicheon is this gud?

Any other suggestions?

Pure int nuker => Quick leveling, great at killing mobs and bad at staying alive, team player in PvP

Pure str blader => Slow leveling, great at staying alive and bad at killing mobs, solo player in PvP


I found nuker is fun as hell, 2 hitting everything in sight, running with a high grasswalk at a low level, just click and kill.

I found blade is fun as hell, you can invent your own combos and make them fluid, easy to watch tv and play, best character to watch fighting.

In PvM, I always lvled on white/light blue mobs, just because you can kill a mob with 1 chain giving the illusion that you're incredibly strong.




You left out glaive, but might aswell say it. It's the "protector armor" of classes. Gives you partially the damage of a nuker and partially the defensive capabilities of a blader.

What if I LVL up both Glaive, Blade, Fire lightning.... Ouch!

So maybe I'll only take Lightning to 12 or so. Or go hybrid, 'bout 3:1 strength, so I can still use tha Nukes!

taking nukes only f you are pure or hybrid int, as a str based char your nuke wont even do damage as high as your normal attack
