wizard or warlock?

which one is better in your opinion in pvp?
Depends. Having a warlock char myself, I must say that warlocks are generally good against all builds besides rogues or wizards with stealth.
Benefits of warlock:
-survives longer against pure strs than wizards do because of hp leeching ability
-has a shield, which can block and thus save you
-DoTs stack up. Almost none of them can be cured by pots.
-has stun and sleep moves to disable opponent
-has debuffs so that your opponent does less dmg AND takes high dmg
-good for 1 vs. 1 fighting
Cons of warlock:
-no stealth
-can still be 1-shotted by wizards and rogues. Visible rogues and wizards are easy to pwn, but invisible ones are annoying
-weapon has low durability and thus breaks fast
Pros of wizard:
-highest dmg in the game. Can 1-shot any player lower it's level. Can 1-shot any player slightly higher than the wizard if the wizard uses life control
-has invisibility. Good for jobbing.
-has move that casts fear. Gets AOE fear in high lvls.
-has several AOE moves to hit multiple mobs at same time
-can grind on mobs several lvls higher than the wiz b/c the wiz has uber strong attks
-good for fighting npc mobs while jobbing. However, be sure to never get hit.
Cons of wizard:
-lowest defense and hp in the game. Life control makes them even lower.
-if you can't 1-hit mob/player, you are screwed (this happens waaaay more often than you think)
-wiz moves draw tons of aggro, so the char can get ganged pretty easily by mobs
