If you mean the lion shout series then most definitly yes for a nuker. Good way to do dmg between nukes charging.

Its a good thing to have Lion Shout in between the nukes. This way you can do more various damage. 1 Nuke < 1 Nuke + Shout < Shout + 1 Nuke + Shout < 2 Nukes < 2 Nukes + Shout ... etc.
If you have only 2 nukes and you don't 1 nuke kill mobs you have to use another one which is slower and needs more mana points.

I'm planning on lvling it to 57 so i get all 3 mini nukes. They're good to have.

i'm lvl 31, and shock lion shout has further range than my lightning nuke, i generaly open up with like shock lion shout, then lightning nuke or fire nuke then the other nuke the shoc lion shout

I recommend u this order for nukes : fire (more range and dmg, attract the mob) ---> light (closer range, good dmg, just beware of other mobs near, anyway in this moment if there is a mob near and it's going to attack it will get hitted too) ---> lion (just for finish the mob if it's gettiing too close and u want to get rid of it quickly)

If u can't kill a mob with this order then go kill a lower mob, it's not worth killing mobs if they can reach and attack u, the best (and fast) thing is 1 nuke + lion.
