if ur wearing a lvl 21 weapon and u delevel to lvl 20....

the weapon is still equipped but you get ZERO effects from the weapon. thus the damage you do is the same dmg as not equipping a weapon at all

It will do 1 dmg each hit. Even if you use a skill on it.

That is acually really cool. I think it is a good idea to do this that way people dont really farm SP hardcore.
