Can you answer me ... why there isnt alot of bladers ...
Do they really sux or people are lazy to level them?
And will they own at future?

People are lazy and don't like long fights. They "ooh and Ahhh" for big damage numbers that bladders aren't capable of.
Bladders are good for certain things, if they fit your style then you will love them. If they don't you will hate them.

There are only 2 builds that "own", if own means guaranteed win. Rogue and wizard who are cloaked and get the first surprise hit. Of course it still depends who gets the first hit. And maybe if the person the fight has that BR 23 shield then maybe... Eh there are no guarantees in this game.


OOh and I break out my crystal ball, give a quick rub, and...... Yep Bladders will be just fine in the future.

Yeah ... well I think people are lazy indeed ... I see only 80% bowers / wizards / xbow rogues and s/s nukers ....

I know I wont be near first 100 that hits 80 ... But I dont
care ... I know blader ownz ....
And I like its chains ...

yup blader owns. the only reason people dont make them is cause of the large amounts of sp needed and how hard it is to kill an enemy (meaning slower grinding and pvp.) i have heard in 100 cap they will have a skill to increase their physical attack power and lower their shield defense. they will also have 4 stabs + 4 kds plus with the new lighning chains, they have already started to pwn

i like blade but not damage so i went s/s nuker looks as good and more damage

dont mind dying sometimes

I don't think its a problem lvling up in parties since the euro update. plus your a great tanker they'll need you badly.

i suggest farming at bandit stronghold because farming with a blade is a pain in the ass

if you don't like dieing and like to tank hordes of mobs go blade. I did, because I can't stand dieing in 3 hits with a nuker

cuz ppl are lazy to lvl up the slowest build in the game and they go oooh aaah at the new skills since the update aka. bow new skills and snow shield

hence, u see now the whole game has (out of CH builds) 30% bow, 40% nuker, 25% glaive, 5% or less blade

bladers are the shit man. they can own many characters when developed correctly and they are useful in parties besides the fact that they dont have aggro

Exactly, jerre and noobert mclagg, you should all read my signature quote.

This forum is filled with tons of mispellings, grammatical errors, please dont make a post to pick out something simple as a spelling error. If you really cared you would have sent him a note and not posted in the way you have did. glavie has given alot to this forum no need for the finger pointing on something that simple. There are much bigger problems on this forum then that error.


As for the maker of this thread, blade isnt for everyone. As you can see in the high damage contest on the GD section of this forum, blade doesnt have the strong attacks others do, but they do great in thier purpose and that is to tank. Blade is just a tank on legs.

Everyone talking like blader is THE build.

explain to me where are the stats coming from?

i tell you why there were no bladers on ksro at least

they were all 80-90 with outdated skills and they all switched builds but since the update the bladers are coming back slowly but surely

They level sooo faster ....
I need to come to target (2 seconds) and kill it (10 seconds) while
wizard doesn't even need to come to target , kills it in 1 hit and
he wont be KS-ed as I am .... *cries*

dont waste your time on a blader UNLESS, you like grinding a lot and not being able to kill. even in ksro's 100cap, bladers still have shitting dmg and cant kill

bladers suck, with my s/s nuka, i killed one with one chain, im 53, the blader was 55 with +4 shield

Two ways:

1. You hacked your account to make it stronger
2. The mastery lvl of the blader was lower than yours.
3. The blader doesn't know how to make a "tanking" blader.

and bladers will blow at 100cap. we have been over this a long time ago

pvp at 80 cap, bladers cant kill
pvp at 80 cap with snow shield, bladers cant kill even with sun+9

u would hav more fun if u pt with nukers. u as the tanker and they do dmg. so u wont complain all the time

bladers will suck eh with new chains having stun weaken and decay as effects i think those effects suck

so lets see division bleed impotent decay weaken and stun lol oh yeah i forgot the new skill sacrifice shield def for dmg will suck too

I think bladers will come back

exspecially after the new skill that increase attack and decrease defense

remember the game is really all out equal at the end, and each build will have their strengths and weaknesses

I have currently blader lv 64 and had hybrid int 64 spear and for me bladers is excelent no so fast but a lot of fun. I dont agree that he lvls slower than glavie , while lvling i use snake sword and petal to lure and kill mobs + soul blade and occationaly crosswise and devil cut its going realy fast , chains are too slow compared to dmg . In pvp i wear armor (due to pvm in cave) and 69 int s/s do 6k dmg to me , and i have 11k hp the real problems are glavies to kill massive hp but they have funny dmg even with crit , but 2 3 crit and they are dead , to kill you need blade min 10 crit or more. And as some1 said you love or hate blader choise is yours.
