Wizard Skills and Kills (Experienced Wizards Only Please)

I don't get it.
How does that wizard tank!?!? Please answer my following questions.
1. Is that wizard Pure INT? because it seems like he has about 8k of health.
2. What buffs is he using?
3. Is he cleric or Bard?
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

1. If he is hybrid he only has about 20 or 30 str points 1:7 hybrid or so, however that is not the case. The wiz is pure int, the cleric buffs add defense as well as INT and STR, at level 70 it's about 30 more int and str, but that cleric is about level 60 so 25 of each. That translates into about 1.5k hp at level 80. The wizard is not level 80.
2. The buff that allows him to tank is from the cleric. After he died, he selected res by other player, and the cleric used reverse oblation. It gives rez, while also giving a buff that decreases dmg, but also gives dmg absorption while also giving extra HP and MP. It lasts 2 min. On top of that, the cleric also buffed him bless spell, which at level 60 adds a good 450 p.def.
3. The wizard isn't using any subclass. The cleric beside him is the one doing the buffing.
Although I don't think the cleric has recovery divison on, that might explain why the wizard can take so many hits even without using HP pots.

o and heres another question
4. Should i go light armor or garment for my pure int wizard, i have cleric so light armor is no problem. Please give a reason why as well.

1.Yes
2.Cleric buffs str,int,phy+mag def, bless spell, Reverse Oblivation this doubles your hp and increase your def (i think by 25%) but lowers your dmg
(He used also vigors)
3.Cleric
4.Light armor for better phy defense and enabling the cleric passives when cleric rod is equipped

he had cleric buffs and maybe warrior buffs... cant tell from small window
but bless adds a lot, same with warrior buffs...
even a manygang could tank with those buffs on

He had a lot of health
Cleric buffs see above ^

.... another remark.. he seems severely underfarmed >_>
I havent seen any 2nd book of earth nor ice ...
