Hey all im currently playing a lvl 16 warrior sword/shield and well i love it, but iw as thinking of adding a second weapon to my array if I'm not tanking.

i like both 2 handed and dual axes but really which is better i know 2 handed does stupid dmg but is slow and dual axes just looks cool and has a def buff but that's really all i know so far..lol

Anyone care to chime in with their thoughts (oh i am also going to go cleric sub unless someone has another suggestion)

Thanks

It is possible to take both, axe and 2hand sword :) Otherwise choose 2H sword

I have a warrior friend that's almost 72 now and he deeply regrets not getting the 2h skills. With 2h you can 2 shot the mobs around your lvl, with 1h, it's 3-4 shots, no less than 3 shots even for mobs 3 levels lower. All in all, lvling is much faster with 2h than both axes and 1h. As to the whole 2h is slower, that's really a myth, the skills take about the same time to use. And since axes do combos instead of 1 shots, it is harder to kill with a crit, where a 2h crit would just own you right up.

it really depends on what you want more. moderate damage and defense(axe) or high damage and lower defense(2h sword). Me personally i think 2h sword is the sh*t. With bless spell AND your skins your defense is probaly already good enough.i do agree that dual axes are cool though
