About wizard skills.

I recently made a wizard, and it's pretty fun to play as. Do wizards reek of even more awesomeness in higher levels? I can't wait till my wizard gets invisibility and go jobbing.

Also, is getting Fire Blow a good idea? I think it is a bit unecessary because of the new ground and ice AOE moves after lvl 20.

Yes they do... the caster and buffer euro classes get infinitely more powerful at the current cap due to their awesome AoE spells. The wiz get bind, fear, mana drought (increase pot delay to 4 sec, half the mp and do mp drain all at the same time).

Fire Blow is the best skill to use against giants if you don't have to worry about dying for 10 sec (if you use fear first, or if you use earth barrier against p.atk mobs, or if you are using bless spell from cleric sub, or noise from bard sub). It takes 1/3-1/2 of a giant's HP in a shot that's uses as much mp as the aoe moves or meteor (2x the mp of fire bolt same lvl and 5x frozen spear the same lvl...but that skill uses so little mp).

Plus, it's a fast cast so it's also good as a follow up in PvP and works well if used right.

I was amazed when I saw an 80 wiz do 20K damage to pure strengths in garments. But if you're going wizard, it's best to choose cleric sub because they die so easily....I wish I did
